With the passing of my mum Doreen Ramus on Saturday at Hilltop House where she was a resident only since October, I have to say that the care aides, the nurses and the facility in general has gotten bad publicity in my opinion.
My mum had the best care, the most compassionate care aides and nurses. She was comfortable, felt safe and was cared for. The evening of her passing, the care aides and nurses were there for us for EVERYTHING -Coffee, tea, water, cookies and breaks if we wanted them.
They were amazing. Thank you to everyone for your kindness, support and care for my mum. Continue doing what you are doing – you are an amazing team.
