Ed Sheeran revealed a second, more intimate Vancouver performance.
While the singer-songwriter will embark on the North American leg of his “+ - = ÷ x Tour” (pronounced "Mathematics Tour") on May 6, with a September date in Vancouver, he will also be performing an additional coinciding tour.
Sheeran's newly announced "- Tour" (pronounced "Subtract Tour") is a series of intimate performances that will take place in theatres and auditoriums in 14 cities across North America, including Vancouver.
The second performance will take place Sept. 1 at Queen Elizabeth Theatre, a day before his “+ - = ÷ x Tour" concert at BC Place.
The "- Tour" will begin on May 19 in support of the singer's forthcoming new 14-track album "-" (Subtract) which will be released on May 5.
Tickets for the second tour can be purchased through Ticketmaster's Verifed Fan technology which will open for ticket registration on Friday (April 28) and close Sunday (April 30). Verified Fan Onsale will begin Tuesday (May 2) at 10 a.m.
