If you're searching for a low-cost yet incredible trip to Los Angeles this spring, there is a cruise that sails home to Vancouver at an absolute steal.
In 2018, Norwegian Cruise Line's (NCL) Norwegian Bliss carried over 4,000 passengers into Canada Place terminal, which made it the largest cruise ship to ever dock in Vancouver at the time.
Now, one of the Bliss' sister ships, the Norwegian Encore, is slated to depart from the "City of Angels" on May 1 on a Pacific Coastal cruise up to Vancouver.
The massive vessel comes equipped with a variety of family-friendly entertainment, including the "largest race track at sea" and other special activities such as laser tag and a mini-golf course.

The cruise line is currently offering the "Sail Away Inside" promotion, which provides 70 per cent off of the price for the second person in the stateroom. They will also get $50 per excursion with Shore Excursion Credits that can be used for excursions in L.A. or in Vancouver.
The total for two guests in an interior stateroom works out to $716.98 including all taxes and fees, which works out to $358.49 per person. Since the cruise is six days long, this works out to a per diem cost of $89.62.
The cruise line is also offering four free offers for its "Free at Sea" promotion for one of the next booking classes up. The offer includes the unlimited open bar perk, which means you can enjoy all the spirits and cocktails, wines, draft beer, juice, and pop for all guests 21 years or older (valued at US$1,400).
The promotion also includes free meals at the specialty dining for guests one and two (valued at US$160).
The package also includes up to US$130 on a WIFI package for use anywhere on the ship. If you plan on checking emails, logging into social media, or surfing the web on board, you'll need the WIFI package.
