Thousands turned out to see more than 40 floats in the Downtown Squamish Holiday Parade as it rolled through town on Saturday, Dec. 2.
The Downtown Squamish Business Improvement Association puts on the beloved parade.
The parade began from the Log Sort at 39540 Galbraith Ave — at the end of Loggers Lane by the Yacht Club — taking Vancouver Street, turning right onto Cleveland Avenue, and continuing north along Cleveland Avenue to Pemberton Avenue.
Santa and Mrs. Claus were there, too, in the newly designed sleigh, crafted by the Squamish Men’s Shed last year.
