As of 2:41 p.m., Drive BC reports that both lanes on Highway 99 are now open. About a half hour later, the Squamish RCMP confirmed that the highway was fully reopened.
The RCMP reported that there is no criminal investigation underway and the driver involved is being treated for medical issues and minor injuries.

Update: as of 2:35 p.m., RCMP say a tow truck is on the scene. Traffic is now open single-lane alternating until the crash is cleared.

As of 2 p.m. on May 2 (Tuesday), the Sea to Sky Highway was temporarily closed in both directions just north of Lions Bay due to a single-vehicle crash, according to the Squamish RCMP.
One lane was then opened.
Emergency personnel are on the scene, and the highway will fully reopen as soon as possible, police said.
Saturday, April 29, the highway was closed in both directions for five hours due to a serious crash near Britannia Beach.
