The North Shore Celtic Ensemble is performing in Squamish on Nov. 24.

The North Shore Celtic Ensemble is bringing its lively new concert series “Rendez-Vous” to Squamish on Nov. 24.

Featuring some of the top young fiddlers in B.C., as well as traditional musicians, the show is “inspired by the warmth of a ‘Rendez-Vous’ … [capturing] the magic of gathering together, just like an old-fashioned kitchen party filled with music, stories, and laughter,” according to the press release.

The show combines Celtic music with classical, jazz, and folk.

With Gabriel Dubreuil, Serena Eades, and Danielle Leonard at the helm, the group has travelled around North America, Europe and China.

The Squamish show is just one of three the group is putting on this season. Catch them locally at the Eagle Eye Theatre from 1:30 - 3:30 p.m.

Tickets are $33 for general admission and $28 for children and seniors.
