A Christmas light display on Main Street.

Looking for something to do this festive season now that it gets dark at 4 p.m.?

Well look no further than good old-fashioned Christmas light looking.

Last night, The Squamish Chief took a drive around suburbs to find some of the best light displays—and we found some great ones!

Disclaimer, Squamish is very big so if we missed any spectacular ones, please send through some photos and the name of the street to [email protected] and we can update our map.

In Brackendale, Eagle Run Drive and Maple Crescent—which had a musical light display—caught our eye.

The Highlands had a number of great displays with Pia Road, Jura Crescent. and Kintyre Drive that stood out the most for us (Santa lane is at Jura Crescent and it was epic!).

Valleycliffe had a fantastic set-up on Magnolia Crescent and Garden Place.

And in downtown aside from the light displays along Cleveland Avenue, there was one on Main street that literally stopped us in our tracks.

Check out the interactive map below to see some photos of what you can expect.
