Vancouver Police say a 49-year-old man from East Vancouver is missing and was believed to last be near Alice Lake.
Officers say Darcy Wild’s disappearance is out of character and that there is concern for his well-being. He has been missing since Sept. 24.
Police are asking anyone who sees Wild or his vehicle to call 911 and stay with him until first responders arrive.
Wild is white, 5’10” and has a slim build. He has greyish, blonde, short hair and was last seen wearing a black zip-up rain jacket with a grey shirt underneath, blue jeans, black boots, and a red face mask.
He was driving a 2015 black Lexus RX350 with a B.C. license plate JS3 50P.
Officers say Wild may be in or near Squamish, Whistler, or Pemberton. He is familiar with trails and roads in these areas.
