It is probably one of the hardest things to lose a cherished pet.
Recently, my family had to make the decision to euthanize our beloved dog, Rufus, as he appeared to be suffering in his old age. We went for a consultation at Eagleview Veterinary Hospital and were fortunate to see Dr. Briony Sturgess who was not only completely professional, but also extremely compassionate and personal. She advised us of various options we could take, but ultimately let us make our own decision and supported us throughout.
When it came time to take our four-legged family member to the Eagleview offices for our final goodbye, Dr. Sturgess and the animal hospital's staff were more than wonderful in seeing to our emotional needs, taking things slowly and even shedding tears along with our family. Without your kindness and compassion, we would not have made it through this painful experience.
You made our last moments with Rufus a positive memory in our hearts and we thank you sincerely.
