Another little treasure in Squamish has just opened up. It's a beautiful little yoga and massage therapy studio, the first to exclusively offer Forrest Yoga in Canada. The studio is small, so each class is semi-private and fits only seven people. This ensures that the students receive the utmost attention! The Canadian Forrest Yoga community is slowly growing. Charlie Pentland and his partner are both Forrest Yoga teachers. They feel that no one should go without Forrest Yoga because of cost and offer three by-donation classes a week at the studio as well as various workshops and private classes. Try a class and discover what makes Forrest Yoga unique. They can be reached at The Chief Yoga and Wellness Studio, 37880 Third Ave. or www.chiefyoga.com
