Squamish’s newest housing development is taking shape against the backdrop of the Garibaldi Mountains. Bosa Properties’ SEAandSKY is a master-planned community that will offer up to 295 new homes — good news for a city that’s seen a 25% population growth in recent years.
In this episode of GREENLIGHT, host Stephen Tadgh discovers what SEAandSKY plans to bring to Squamish and what homeseekers can expect from the development. On offer are two-, three- and four-bedroom townhomes, as well as future apartments and rentals, in a location that can’t be beat. When completed, this community will include a pedestrian bridge directly to downtown Squamish, offering residents easy access to great restaurants, shopping and other amenities.
Project analysis
Set on 53 acres of land, SEAandSKY will become a significant new neighbourhood for Squamish when it's completed. Key features of the development include community spaces such as pools and gyms, as well as new schools. Residents should enjoy the view-conscious building design, as well as underground parking that includes a buffer against rising sea levels.
Inside the homes, expect premium Bosch and Miele kitchen appliances, air conditioning and laminate flooring. Plus, you’ll have a choice of light or dark finishing.
Prices start in the upper $1.2-million range, with a minimum deposit of $50,000 needed (at time of writing).
