While club mainstays Blake Mahovic and Neil Irwin prepare themselves for the World Rugby Classic final in Bermuda, their fellow Axemen are getting it done closer to home.
The Division 3 roster authored a 17-12 triumph over Burnaby, while the Axes and Oars women likewise prevailed in a high-scoring 37-22 tilt against James Bay.
Having said that, it was the Axemen's U18 squad who managed the most impressive statistical performance: a 49-0 rout of Kelowna.
Alas the Division 1 team wasn't so fortunate, going down to Burnaby in a hard-fought 23-19 fixture.
